Tree Selection

We provide a range of tree species. We promise to provide high quality trees to meet your highest level of satisfaction.

Fraser Fir

Fraser Fir (Abies fraseri) is often called the "King of Christmas Trees".  Fraser fir have blue-green needles with silvery undersides. The branches are strong and stiff and hold up well to ornaments. The trees have a pleasant scent and needle retention is excellent.  We have trees up to 8 feet.  Consider using this fir as your fresh-cut holiday tree.

Concolor Fir

The Concolor Fir (Abies concolor), a white fir, can make for a very unique Christmas tree.  Needles are about 2-3” long, very soft, and have a powdery green to powdery blue color. Concolor are known for their citrus-like aroma.  The Concolor fir branches are very strong and are good for hanging heavier ornaments.  Like many firs, Concolor’s have excellent needle retention.  We have trees up to 8 feet in height.  Consider using this fir as your fresh-cut holiday tree.

White Pine

The eastern white pine, Pinus strobus, is native to our area and a large number of mature trees surround our property.  As a result, we have many volunteer trees that are being shaped into full, beautiful Christmas trees.  This pine has a luxuriously full shape and soft, feathery needles that won’t prick you as you transport it and add ornaments. The light branches of this tree are best suited to smaller, lighter weight ornaments.  It has a beautiful but light aroma, so it won’t overwhelm your space or irritate those prone to allergies.  It's also ideal for wreaths, garlands and swags. One of the biggest bonuses to choosing an Eastern White Pine as your Christmas tree is the fact that, if it's kept watered properly, it will retain its needles longer than average, and remain less of a fire hazard, especially if you use LED lights.  We Have trees up to 10 feet of height.

Leyland Cypress

The Leyland cypress, Cupressus × leylandii, is a fast-growing coniferous evergreen tree much used in horticulture, primarily for hedges and screens, and is one of the most popular Christmas trees in the southeastern states.  Because it is not in the Pine or Fir family, it does not produce sap, so that those with an allergy to sap can still enjoy a Leyland as their Christmas Tree.  The fine, feathery foliage is composed of soft, pointed leaves on flattened branchlets and are dark blue-green when mature.  This tree drops very few "needles" (foliage) and with proper care, will easily stay fresh through the entire Christmas season. We have trees up to 12 feet in height.
